Shall **виражає**:

1. Пропозiцiя (Offer)

   Shall we begin? - Може почнемо?

   Тобто, я пропоную, щоб ми почали.
2. Намiр (Intention)

   He shall come. - Вiн прийде.

   Мається на увазi, що вiн збирається прийти, у нього є такий намiр.
3. Зобов’язання (в офiцiйних, правових документах) (Obligation)

   The contract shall be signed. - Контракт буде пiдписаний.

Will та would **виражають**:

1. Бажання, намiр (Wish, intention)

   I will/would give you money. - Я дам тобi грошей.

   Тобто у мене є намiр, або, я хочу дати тобi грошей.
2. Прохання, запитання (Ask, offer)

   Will/would you help me? - Ти менi допоможеш?

   Мається на увазi, чи є у тебе намiр/бажання менi допомогти?
3. Наполегливiсть (Persistence)

   Don’t tell me that. - Не кажи менi цього.

   No, I will/would tell you. - Нi, я тобi скажу.

   Мається на увазi, не майбутнiй час, а за допомогою **will** або **would** я виражаю свiй намiр все одно це сказати, я наполягаю на тому, що я тобi це скажу.
